Pixy won't Charge

Ensure the battery is securely seated and that the charging ports are clear of dust and debris. Remove the battery and reinsert before completing a factory reset of Pixy. 

If Pixy is still not charging, if you have a replacement battery then try that to ensure there isn’t a problem with the battery itself.
