Restarting Pixy

If you’re experiencing issues with importing or charging Pixy, or encounter any error, try a restart as a first step. 

1. Turn the dial to OFF to power-down Pixy
2. Fully remove the battery and wait a second
3. Reinsert the battery. 

You can also complete a restart in the app

1. Go to Pixy Home
2. Tap on Pixy to view the Settings
3. Select Restart Pixy from the actions 

Restarting in these ways does not delete any Snaps from Pixy.
