If you’re experiencing issues with importing or charging Pixy, or encounter any error, try a restart as a first step.
- Turn the dial to OFF to power-down Pixy
- Fully remove the battery and wait a second
- Reinsert the battery.
You can also complete a restart in the app
- Go to Pixy Home
- Tap on Pixy to view the Settings
- Select Restart Pixy from the actions
Restarting in these ways does not delete any Snaps from Pixy.
