Pixy Won't Take Off

If there is a flight error you’ll receive a notification with further details which can help you understand what next steps to take like requiring an update or the storage being full.  

If you’re not getting a notification, make sure Pixy is charged and that you hold Pixy at eye level in the palm of your hand, and that your hand is flat so Pixy can take off. 

If Pixy won’t take off, but you haven’t received a notification, it might be too dark. Make sure you’re in good light, not dawn or dusk, and try again.
