Pixy is at its best when you use it outside with good lighting. Try to avoid dawn, dusk and other low light conditions, as well as very bright sunlight. 

If there are marks on either camera lens you can clean them using a dry cloth.

If your Snaps are showing only in 1080p check that your phone supports High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC). If this is not possible with your device your Snaps will be transferred at below the standard resolution. For more details see the tech specs here.
