Shipping Details & Restrictions

When placing an order on Pixy.com, you will see an estimated shipping date based on product availability. If Pixy is not currently available to order you’ll be able to sign up for notification of when it's back in stock.

Keep in mind that some countries or regions have different shipping options, and that transit times are in addition to your forward shipping date.

Here’s a breakdown of available shipping options per country or region:

United States:

• Most shipments can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver
• Overnight and 2-day shipping is only available for orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm PST. See the sections below for more details and limitations

All shipping options are free with the exception of overnight shipping in the United States.

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Pixy’ estimated delivery window. There’s always a chance this estimate could change, but you’ll be notified if the order is delayed for any reason!

You’re welcome to cancel your order at any time before it ships, but once it’s sent to our fulfillment center, your order can’t be canceled.

Shipping Standalone Batteries and Battery Bundles

Certain shipping restrictions restrict us from shipping batteries by themselves via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders like these will need to ship through UPS SurePost, which may take a little more time to reach their destination.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

Certain shipping restrictions restrict us from shipping Batteries and Battery Bundles by themselves to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

You can still order a Battery or Battery Bundle — it’ll just have to be a part of a larger order that includes at least one Pixy!

Unfortunately, overnight shipping isn’t available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at the moment.

Shipping to Territories

At this time, shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, some US Territory and Freely Associated State addresses, and all French overseas territories. You’ll be notified during checkout if we can deliver to the address entered.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, overnight and 2-day shipping isn’t available for orders sent to P.O. Boxes. These shipments may need a little more time to reach their destination. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico cannot be delivered to P. O. Boxes. 

Exchange Shipments

If your product needs to be replaced under the terms of the Warranty, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your original product to us. Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge. Please note that we are only able to provide this service in countries where Pixy.com ships.
